Next Generation GP was established and designed by Nish Manek, Becks Fisher and Rammya Mathew, all of whom were GP trainees and National Medical Directors Clinical Fellows at the time.

The programme is currently led by Nishma Manek and Will Owen.

The National Team are supported by local teams - usually early career GPs and GP trainees - helping to run Next Gen programmes in their areas. You can find more information about our local leaders on each programme page.

We're especially grateful to Emma Wong (Yorkshire Next Gen Co-Lead) for her technical wizardry with the website.
