• Advanced train tickets – Please specify the time of your preferred advanced Train service – Advanced tickets provide the most cost effective option but you may request an off-peak or anytime return journey if greater flexibility is needed.

• Accommodation for one night from Thursday 09^th March to Friday 10^th March where return travel on the same day is unrealistic. The attached travel form shows three examples of hotels that are currently available. This may change depending on their availability – if unavailable, NHS England will book an equivalent/similar hotel in the area.

Completed forms should be sent to kathleen.carslaw3@nhs.net by 28^th February 2023. Please state ’Next Gen Travel’ in the email subject.

Please provide as much notice as possible to ensure we obtain the most cost-effective tickets/accommodation.
